Pam Meyer graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and received her BS degree in accounting. She spent 5 years with the certified public accounting firm of Ernst and Young, rising to Audit Manager. She joined the engineering and construction firm of Black & Veatch in Kansas City in 1994 and was named their Corporate Controller in 1996. In 2001, Meyer left Black & Veatch to relocate back to her home state of Nebraska. She continued her experience in the construction industry by serving as CFO for Judds Bros. Construction Co. in Lincoln for six years. In her role as CFO, she was responsible for various aspects of finance, human resources, benefits and risk management. Meyer brings 13 years of finance experience specifically related to the construction industry into the formation of HardHat Business Solutions, Inc.
